Wastewater Treatment Solutions ranging from XCEL-MOBIBCEL Anaerobic and Aerobic biological technology to the latest XCEL-MBR Membrane Bioreactor technology and XCEL-BADAO Advanced Oxidation technology, to produce a reliable, high quality effluent that meets or exceeds the world’s most stringent effluent quality standards in municipal and industrial wastewater applications. The combined technologies allows high biomass concentrations and sludge retention times which increased efficiency and effectiveness to treat widely varying influents of high organic loadings, high suspended solids and recalcitrant compounds while still supplying excellent effluent discharge water quality. In addition, the combined technologies tested and proven to offer several significant advantages over a conventional activated sludge system and sequencing batch reactor as presently being used for industrial wastewater, such as less surplus sludge, high organic loading treatment and particle free-effluent.

Applications

  • Municipal wastewater treatment, recycle and reuse
  • Industrial wastewater treatment, recycle and reuse
  • Retrofit, upgrade and performance enhancement of  water treatment
  • Water treatment for high BOD and COD industrial  wastes
  • Food, Liquor and Beverage Industry
  • Biopharmaceutical Industry
  • Chemical Industry
  • Printing Industry
  • Lanfill leachate
  • Tanneries/ leather industry
  • Textile industry
  • Paper and Pulp Industry
  • Marine Black and Gray Water

XCEL-MOBIBCEL Series Wastewater Treatment Packaged Plants

MOBIBCEL compact wastewater treatment packaged plant is a fully pre-assembled biological system for treatment industrial and domestic wastewater. This system is designed in multiple sizes to fit a 20ft or 40ft shipping container with a multitude of different connection sizes and configuration available. Systems with additional requirements to effluent removal on COD, Ammonia or Nutrient will require additional design considerations and customization.

The built-in bioreactor provides high efficiency biodegradation of the dissolved organic matter by oxidation and to biomass that acts as activated sludge. Optional biodegradation enhancement with the use of suspended, free floating biofilm carrier medium providing a large, protected biofilm surface for effective microorganisms and accumulation of activated biosludge in the reactor.

MOBIBCEL BASIS PROCESS

  1. Screening
  2. Settling
  3. Aeration
  4. Clarifying & Sludge Recycling
  5. Effluent Discharge

XCEL-MBR Series UF Membrane Bioreactor Systems

XCEL-MBR Series ultrafiltration (UF) membrane bioreactor systems are compact, modular, expandable UF wastewater membrane purification system combining the biological degradation process with a membrane separation process. The influent is fed to the aerated bioreactor where the wastewater components are oxidized by the super activated sludge and then the activated sludge solution passes through the UF membranes for physical water and sludge separation.

The UF membrane uses external cross flow type tubular membranes with an absolute pore size of 30nm to form a physical barrier to remove all particulate matters including colloids, solids and microorganisms. Effluent discharge after the UF membrane can be either reused directly as non-potable water or further treated with Reverse Osmosis Membrane System, Activated Carbon, Chemical Treatment and/or Ultraviolet Disinfection, as required dependent on the water applications and requirements.

XCEL-BADAO Series Advanced Oxidation Systems

XCEL-BADAO Series Advanced Oxidation (BADAO) systems are modular, compact and completely pre-engineered water treatment systems using advanced oxidation process and  oxidant/reduction chemicals as the primary treatment of organic and inorganic compounds, high COD effluent and non-biodegradable COD.

BAXIGA Series Ultrafiltration (UF) Wastewater Reuse Polishing Systems

BAXIGA Series Ultrafiltration Wastewater Reuse Polishing System primarily use Norit X-Flow hollow fibre ultrafiltration membrane technology to physically remove up to 99.9999% of bacteria, 99.99% of viruses and parasites, and particulates larger than 0.01 micron (nominal) in the effluent from wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The treated water discharge after the UF membrane can be either reused directly as non-potable water or further treated with Reverse Osmosis Membrane System, Activated Carbon, Chemical Treatment and/or Ultraviolet Disinfection, as required dependent on the water applications and requirements.
